Amazon Lockers

Amazon Lockers provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up and return your Amazon packages. Amazon Lockers are located inside the mall's west entrance closest to Grimaldi's Pizzeria.

ATM Machine

For easy access to your cash, ATMs are located near Macy's, the food court and in the AMC lobby.

Baby Changing Station

For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in the Women's, Men's, and Family restrooms in the Food Court.

Charging Stations

For your convenience, we offer recharging stations located at soft seating areas throughout the mall.

Children's Play Area

Take a break from shopping and let your little one enjoy some fun at the Play Area. Located near H&M and Rack Room Shoes. Open to all children under 48".

Family Restrooms

For your convenience, you’ll find a family restroom located in the Food Court.

Food Court

Take a break from shopping and enjoy a snack or meal at the Food Court located between Maggiano's and Center Court.

Handicap Accessible

WestShore Plaza offers accessibility for our guests needing additional assistance. All mall entrances are handicap accessible and have handicap parking. Handicap accessible restrooms are located in the Food Court.

Kiddie Rides

Let your little one enjoy a ride on our Kiddie Rides. Located behind the AMC escalator, change available at the rides, simulator element accepts credit cards.

Lost & Found

If you misplace an item or found someone else's misplaced item, please visit Security, located in the Food Court.

Mall Walker Program

WestShore Plaza does not offer an official Mall Walker Program, however the entrance doors open 2 hours prior to the mall opening for your convenience.

Movie Theater

Catch the latest showings at AMC 14 Theatres, located on the 2nd level.

Non-Smoking

WestShore Plaza is a non-smoking property, however designated smoking areas are located near each entrance.

Nursing Mother's Lounge

For your convenience, WestShore Plaza offers a nursing mother’s lounge located in the Women's Restroom in the Food Court. Outlets are also available for pumping needs.

Parking Garage

Find a parking spot easily in one of three parking garages located between Dick's Sporting Goods and Macy's, Macy's and AMC Theatres, and next to Firestone Automotive. The parking garage located between Macy's and AMC Theatres offers a covered walkway to the mall entrances, the other parking garages offer covered walkways to the respective retailer entrance.

Personal Shopper/Shopping Assistance

Macy's offers personal shopping for their customers to assist with your shopping needs, from putting together an interview wardrobe, picking out a perfect gift, or even doing the shopping for you. To book an appointment, call 813-286-5466 and ask to speak with a personal shopper!

The Yard

Join us in celebrating our new community gathering place and play area, featuring traditional family-friendly outdoor games like Foosball, Air Hockey, corn hole and ping pong. There are also Adirondack chairs and a Coca-Cola vending unit for children and parents!

Valet Parking

Make the most of your dining experience by taking advantage of the valet services offered by WestShore Plaza restaurants. When dining at Maggiano's Little Italy, PF Chang's China Bistro or Besito Mexican you may valet for a nominal charge. Seasons 52 offers complimentary valet for their dining guests.

Vending Machines

Grab a cold drink from one of the Coca-Cola vending machines located throughout the property. You can also enjoy tasty frozen yogurt crafted by robots at Reis & Irvy's located near Macy's! Credit cards and cash accepted at most locations.

If you are in need of a wheelchair during your visit, please see Security, located in the Food Court. Wheelchairs are complimentary on a first come, first served basis; we request a form of ID while the wheelchair is in use.
